ASI is not just for athletes! We are here for all people of all fitness levels.
Although exercise is only part of a weight – loss plan, it is a critical component to keeping those pounds off! Part of the ASI experience includes a “Pre-test” to determine your baseline measurements and help develop a fitness routine to help you reach your specific goals.
This pretest should include:
• Calculating BMI (Body Mass Index)
• Determine your weight
• Complete a strength test looking at upper and lower body (i.e. push-ups, bench press)
• Complete a core test (sit-ups, planks)
During your work-out we will use a heart rate monitor to calculate the calories you are burning, measure your heart rate and give you an overall report of your performance.
Your trainer will evaluate you every 4-6 week and change your routine if you are not making progress.
