The golf swing is probably one of the most complicated movements in all of sports. The timing, strength, coordination, and stability required to hit a golf ball is incredibly difficult. However, developing a stronger more stable and flexible body will allow you to make necessary adjustments towards a more consistent swing.

ASI offers a comprehensive golf specific training program, which focuses on improving stabilization, coordination, flexibility, core and overall total body strength.
Upon Signing up, you will schedule an appointment with Jack Ward (Certified Titleist Performance Golf Fitness Instructor) to have an evaluation that will determine your areas of weakness as it relates to the golf swing. After completing the evaluation, you will not only be assigned a personalized golf specific program just for you, but a total body strengthening workout each day as well.
